Warranty & Returns
You can return BOOTS for any reason within 7 days of receipt as recorded by the carrier's tracking system. Please note a few important conditions for returns:
Boots have to be in new, completely unused conditions with tags on them. We will not accept even slightly used boots.
You will need a return authorization number from us, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Return shipping is organized and paid by the customer. Please make sure to properly package the boots and use a trackable shipping service.
There is no restocking fee.
You can choose between refund or credit (if you wish to exchange for another size or color, subject to availability).
If the above conditions are met we will issue refund or credit (your choice) within 7 days of our receipt of the return. Refund is issued to the original payment method and may take a few days to reach your account, depending on the rules of your financial institution. We reserve the right to issue a refund instead of exchange, depending on our inventory levels of the specific pattern(s).
COSMO products (tillers, mixers & spreaders) carry a 1 year warranty on all parts.
Polyver Boots have a limited 1 year warranty. Polyver warranty can be found here.
